*PLEASE NOTE* – Unless otherwise stated, our computers are sold without operating system, recovery media, and COA. We often get questions about why we remove COA stickers; this is done in compliance with federal law (18 U.S.C. 2318), as computers may not be sold with COA stickers unless they include the original recovery media. Also, if not stated otherwise, systems do not come with power cords, SD card blanks/fillers, or other accessories. Items that are sold for parts or not working are sold as-is and not guaranteed to functional. For parts or not working item, there are no returns accepted.
Please ask any questions before bidding on parts or not working items. Returned items will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.


For International Buyers – Laptops will be shipped without battery (if present) in accordance with USPS policies.

  • We primarily ship with UPS and the United States Postal Service.
  • All orders are processed within three business days (typically sooner).
  • We will not ship to a PO BOX. Please provide a valid address for shipment.
  • We do not insure packages unless the customer specifically requests it and pays for the difference in shipping charges.
